One person reads this, so expect a couple of days rather than a couple of hours. Everything gets read.
Corrections
This is the one worth writing in about. A site that explains what an update does to your hardware is wrong the moment a manufacturer changes the plan, and manufacturers change the plan constantly.
The most useful correction points at the specific sentence and says what is wrong with it — ideally with where the better information came from. Corrections get applied and the page gets re-dated, with a note saying what changed. A page that quietly edits itself is a page you cannot trust twice.
Tips
If your model got an update that nobody has written about, or stopped getting them, that is genuinely useful. Worth including:
- the exact model name and, if you can find it, the build or firmware number;
- what country you are in — rollouts differ by region far more than coverage admits;
- what actually changed, and what broke, if anything.
Please do not send anything confidential or anything you are under an obligation not to share. This site has no use for it.
What this site cannot do
It cannot fix your device, diagnose it from a description, or tell you whether a particular repair shop is honest. There is no test lab here and no support desk — pages explain what is publicly known, and that is the whole offering.
